Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Bowl & Bees’s Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

– “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Bowl & Bees.

– “Affiliate,” “You,” or “Your”** refers to the individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program.

– “Program” refers to the Bowl & Bees’s Affiliate Program.

– “Customer” refers to a person or entity who purchases a product or service through your affiliate link.

– “Commission” refers to the payment you earn for referring Customers to the Company.

2. Program Enrolment

To join the Program, you must:

– Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Complete the affiliate application form on our website, or have spoken to our representative as a repeated customer. 

– Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to reject or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote our products or services ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines and anti-spam laws.
• Not enter into other affiliated programs with companies that are in the competing industry as the Company.

– Not engage in false, misleading, or deceptive advertising.

– Not use unauthorized trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material.

– Not engage in any activity that could harm the reputation of the Company.

• Not bid on or use our branded keywords in paid search advertising without prior written consent.

4. Commissions

• Commissions are earned when a Customer makes a qualifying purchase through checking out using your unique affiliate code [gritandgracemeditation]
• Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue received by the Company, excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds and after any bank exchange rate fees that may arise during payment transfer. 

– Commission rates and payment schedules are outlined in your affiliate dashboard or as otherwise communicated by the Company. 

– Commissions are subject to reversal in the event of refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.

5. Payment

• Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer on every 45 days and only when the amount of commission exceeds US$50.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring compliance with tax regulations in your jurisdiction.

– Minimum payout thresholds may apply and are outlined in your affiliate dashboard or as communicated to you by the Company. 

6. Intellectual Property

– The Company grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our marketing materials, trademarks, and logos solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services.

– You may not modify or alter these materials without prior written consent.

7. Termination

– Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

– Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Company’s marketing materials and remove all affiliate links from your website or other platforms.

– Any unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

– The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

– Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding six (6) months.

9. Modifications

– We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

– Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in both parties’s residing country. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of both parties residing jurisdiction.
