Launched in 2019, Bowl & Bees was born with our belief that everyone has a story to tell about and a reason to practice mindful meditation.
Our founders believe that meditation or mind fitness can be even more important than fitness training and they want to spread the positive benefits that sound bath rejuvenating and healing meditation bring to the mind, body and soul.
Whether you are someone leading a busy lifestyle, dealing with every day stress and anxiety, a professional and seasoned yogi or a world-known competing athlete and sportsman, the transformative, strengthening, and healing power of crystal singing bowls as part of your meditation practice is a must.

Our whole existence is experienced through the mind. We depend on it for our sense of happiness, fulfilment and to create positive relationships with others. Given the importance of our mind, it is only natural that we train and nurture it as much as we train, and strengthen our bodies. At Bowl & Bees, we are strong believers in the wonderful benefits that sounds and visuals bring to one’s mind, body and soul. At the heart of Bowl & Bees is the magical power to create the right mix of tones, frequencies and tunes that help everyone achieve their different mind fitness goals.
Setting time aside each day for a crystal singing bowl meditation practice is;

Mind fitness training is the opposite to physical fitness training, in a sound bath meditation session, we ask our minds to be still and relax. Sounds and vibrations blended harmonically by our Bees Team will guide and drift your mind into deep relaxation state, that “training zone” every athlete is familar with. And when you are in the “zone”, it is easy to observe the breath, let the mind settle and allow all the tensions and negative energies to melt away from your system.
