To lookup the status of your order, click here! If you have an www.bowl-and-bees.com account, you can log in and view your order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page, under recent orders. Processing time for different products vary, please refer to the product listing page for more info.

Depending on the status of your custom made order, we may not be able to cancel it. Once an order is processed, our production team will immediately process these rare and precious materials, once procured and processed, we cannot re-use them again. For this reason, we are unable to cancel an order or issue a refund. Where we are unable to cancel your order,  there may still be time for you to change your mind about the colours or style or size of the bowl or other custom made orders, let us know, we will do our best to accommodate to make your shopping experience with us a happy and satisfactory one.

We are currently not set up for exchanges.

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and procurement of raw materials, pure crystals, gold and other precious stones.

 

Once we have processed your order, our production team goes immediately into tuning the crystals to the Chakra tone you ordered. Believe it or not, getting the crystal bowls to sing at that accurate pitch and frequency takes a lot of time. We may go through 4-5 bowls before we can tune and colour it to Bowl & Bees Mind Fitness’ own set of high standard requirements.

 

We really hope there are no changes after you have decided on the meditation bowl or other crystal made-to-order products . We do want you to be happy and can connect to your personal meditation singing bowl or other made-to order crystal sound-bath items, if your changes are only minor, let us know within 24 hours, we will try our best to work with you.

Making a brand new crystal singing bowl can take up to 14 days, depending on the style of the bowl. YES, it really takes that long! Tuning, setting, bringing the magical colours sparkles out from the crystals, and finally ensuring your bowl is sound and quality tested, and packaged securely, it all takes time. There are times when we need to go through 10-30 bowls,  to get to that one bowl you want, and if we can’t find it in the 10-30 bowls, we will need to make it again, until we get it right.

Once your order for the bowl has been completed and a despatch email is sent to you, the order is sent out already. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer support. Typically, you can only do this before we have completed the production of your bowl. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

Shipping estimates are provided by our courier. We have been advised that many parts of the world are still experiencing logistics challenges and delays due to restrictions of flights and COVID-19 safety protocols.

 

For our EU/UK customers and other parts of the world, your parcel may have been retained by your local custom offices, pending duties or VAT payments. We are not responsible for import duties and taxes as specified in our terms and conditions. Please refer to your local custom offices for more details and help.

No, we do not. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.

Flights to certain parts of the world from here, including North America, especially Canada and many European countries have been significantly reduced because of the current circumstances. We have been informed by our courier what normally takes 10 days to arrive, can only reach there around 20 days because of these uncertain times.

 

We do offer expedited shipment charges, but there will be extra shipment charges. So if you need your bowl urgently, please contact us to arrange for shipment arrangement upgrade.

Yes, we provide worldwide shipment. Our worldwide shipment service is only limited by the respective destination countries’ shipping restrictions.

Bowl & Bees are currently based in Hong Kong, we do not have a significant business presence in the US. Being a non-US company, we are not required to collect sales taxes from our customers, this effectively means when your order is duty free. Hurray!!

For customers from UK/EU and other parts of the world, we do not collect taxes at checkout on behalf of your home country and we are not responsible for paying any import duties or taxes you might incur when your order arrive at the port . We also cannot accept responsibility of tracking and tracing your shipment once your parcel has landed or being detained pending duties charges. We remind our shoppers to check in with your parcel status from our track and trace and keep a close look out on your physical mails as well as electronic mails for VAT or import duties payment notification sent by your local custom offices. Parcels will not be released or delivered to you if you have not paid for the custom duties. We cannot estimate how much duties or sales tax for your country might be, please contact your local custom or post offices for more info.

For all international shipment orders, FEDEX, UPS, DHL and all other speed-post couriers require that we provide them with the recipient’s contactable email address and a reachable phone number. The information is used for two things: our couriers may need to contact you and arrange delivery for high valued items; you may also need your number when you wish to make an inquiry about the status of your order with the courier.

For high valued items, our practice is to put in an insurance against loss and theft during shipment. But for breakage and damage orders during shipment, we also have you covered. Simply follow the refund and exchange procedures, we will gladly replace your bowl. Our insurance service is a free of charge, so both of us can sleep well and have peace of mind.
