Once we have processed your order and we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges. BOWL & BEES MIND FITNESS has a STRICT NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES POLICY.
Each bowl is handmade, and the main raw materials we used, such as rare crystals and other precious gemstones (e.g. sapphire, ruby) and metals including gold, platinum, silver, are free natural resources, sourced consciously from the beneath the ground or brought from the surface of near hot springs locations, they may differ in colours, shine and transparency. For this reason, no one bowl is unique and the final look and feel for each bowl will differ from one another.
The colours on the bowls you see in our listing may also vary in appearance depending on many variables, including but, not limited to the specific batch of precious minerals, metals, gemstones, we are using to produce the bowl, as well as the lighting of the photo and the craftsmanship of individual artisans.
Depending on the Chakra note requested, and the raw material’s different reaction during the sweltering, cooking in our hot temperature kiln, measurements including diameters, height and thickness of each bowl are not to be taken as exact, they may be slightly off. Please be informed that customers looking for exact measurements of our bowls
Each sound bath instruments are rigorously sound tested to ensure that they sing the right Chakra tone ordered, where there are variations in cents for crystal singing bowls and cents variation are clearly labelled in the bowls. Sounds of different crystal singing bowls will differ depending on type of mallets used, techniques of practitioners, as well as the thickness and sizes of each bowl.
We ask that you appreciate the work our production team has gone into producing each singing bowl and respect that just like yourself, no one singing bowl can be made to be exactly the same as you see in our listing.
DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPMENT
If your order arrived at your door proven damaged, cracked, broken or confirmed by the courier lost during shipment, please inform us and contact customer support straight away. Our customer support team will assist in processing your replacement orders. We will gladly replace it (if possible) or exchange for other items if the item cannot be replaced. We can also issue a full refund or an option for a gift card Please allow 5 business days for us to process the claim. Normally, we ask that you give our courier a second chance to help serve you again.
SHIPMENT DAMAGED CLAIM PROCEDURES
We can only offer to replace your damaged item with the original coloured and style bowl. Please follow the shipment damaged claim policy steps for the item(s):
- Contact us at customersupport@bowl-and-bees.com
- Take photos that will clearly show two things:
a). packaging that shows your address and shipment tracking number
b). the damaged item (2-3 photos)
- The date and time it arrived at your door and the time when it was discovered damaged.
- Provide us your full name, a contactable phone number and email address we can reach you at.
- Confirm with us if you require a refund or a replacement or a gift card.
- Sit tight, breathe, and wait for our confirmation email.
GIFT CARD REFUNDS
Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment.
