What's my order status?
To lookup the status of your order, click here! If you have an www.bowl-and-bees.com account, you can log in and view your order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page, under recent orders.
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is processed, our production team will begin processing the precious materials used for your order. For this reason, we are unable to cancel an order or issue a refund.
Can I exchange my order?
We are currently not set up for exchanges.
Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and procurement of raw materials, pure crystals, gold and other precious stones.
We really hope there are no changes after you have decided on the singing bowl or other crystal made-to-order products. We do want you to be happy and can connect to your personal meditation singing bowl or other made-to order crystal sound-bath items, if your changes are only minor, let us know within 24 hours, we will try our best to work and accommodate the changes.
What happens if my items arrive damaged or broken?
If your items have arrived damaged or broken during shipment, please contact us immediately. All our shipments are safely insured, for items that arrived damaged or broken during shipment we will happily issue a refund or replace the item for you.
How long is product processing time?
Making a brand new crystal singing bowl can take up to 3- 4 weeks, depending on the style of the bowl. YES, it really takes that long! Tuning, setting, bringing the magical colours sparkles out from the crystals, and finally ensuring your bowl is sound and quality tested, and packaged securely, it all takes time.
Why does my bowl look different to the website?
Every crystal singing bowl we make is unique and has its own character. Marks, darker or lighter colour shades than photos seen on our website are regarded as normal process of making these soulful instruments. There may be times where the raw structure visible where colours or other gemstones, crystals, or metals didn't settle or settle too well is all natural trait, not a flaw. We celebrate these organic quirks, nature's fingerprints and regard it is proof your bowl is an untouched gift from the earth. We do not alter nature's work and encourage all our customers to embrace uniqueness of each alchemy bowl.
What are the sizes of the crystal singing bowls?
For bowls that are tuned to a specific chakra or frequency, they are usually predetermined.
4th Octave bowls will have a diameter of approximately 5.5 -7 inches.
3rd Octave bowls will have a diameter of approximately 7.5 -9 imches.
If you are choosing the tone or an octave of a singing bowl, the size is predetermined. If you need a bowl to be in a certain size, the tone will be the natural tone that comes with the bowl. Contact us if you need more help with choosing the right bowl. We are here to help.
I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?
Once your order for the bowl has been completed and a despatch email is sent to you, the order is sent out already. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items
Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
We are currently not set up for exchanges.You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer support. Typically, you can only do this before we have completed the production of your bowl. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by our courier and they work with your local courier to ship your parcels. Estimated delivery times are estimates only, and there are circumstances that are beyond our control that may affect shipping times.
For our EU/UK customers and other parts of the world, your parcel may have been retained by your local custom offices, pending duties or VAT payments. We are not responsible for import duties and taxes as specified in our terms and conditions. Please refer to your local custom offices for more details and help.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we do not. Please ensure you have a verified shipping address.
How long is shipment? Do you offer expedited express shipment?
To North America, and most European countries, shipment normally takes 10-15 days, this is barring no customs issues or any issues that are beyond our control.
We do offer expedited shipment, but there will be extra shipment charges. So if you need your bowl urgently, please contact us to arrange for shipment arrangement upgrade.
Which countries do you ship to? Do you ship international?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipment. Our worldwide shipment service is only limited by the respective destination countries’ shipping restrictions.
I am a customer based in the UK/EU, why am I asked to pay import duties by my custom local offices?
For customers from UK/EU and other parts of the world, we do not collect taxes at checkout on behalf of your home country and we are not responsible for paying any import duties or taxes you might incur when your order arrive at the port . We also cannot accept responsibility of tracking and tracing your shipment once your parcel has landed or being detained pending duties charges. We remind our shoppers to check in with your parcel status from our track and trace and keep a close look out on your physical mails as well as electronic mails for VAT or import duties payment notification sent by your local custom offices. Parcels will not be released or delivered to you if you have not paid for the custom duties. We cannot estimate how much duties or sales tax for your country might be, please contact your local custom or post offices for more info.

How do you ship high valued items?
If your items have arrived broken or damaged during shipment, we have you covered.
Simply follow the refund and exchange procedures, we will gladly replace your items if we can, or issue a full refund.
Our insurance service is a free of charge, so we can all sleep well and have peace of mind.
