At Bowl & Bees, we are dedicated to crafting high-quality artisan crystal singing bowls that serve as instrument for healing, meditation and sound therapy. We take great care in creating an instrument that is perfect tuned to your specified musical note, making each bowl a unique, personalised item made just for you. 

Please Read Carefully Before Placing Your Order

Due to the custom made nature of our products, we operate under a strict no refund, no cancellation, and no exchange policy once an order has been processed. .

In some circumstances, we may be able to offer modifications on the style of bowls, however cannot guarantee this after your order has been placed. If you wish to make a modification to your order, please contact us asap at customersupport@bowl-and-bees.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Each bowl is meticulously handmade, and precisely tuned to a specific musical note requested at the time of the purchase. If you order a specific note, the shape and size of the bowl will come with the note that your requested, and we take sound note, sound as our foremost consideration when creating your bowl. 

Please do review your order thoroughly before completing your purchase, playing close attention to the selected musical note and any other specifications.  If you are unsure about which note or size is right for you, please [Contact Us]  before placing your order. Our team is happy to provide guidance and assistance to help you make the best choice. 

All sales are considered final once the order is processed. 

Damaged Items During Shipment

Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of your bowl are our top priorities. We take great care with packaging your bowls, but if your bowls have arrived damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@bowl-and-bees.com with your order number, clear photographs or video of the issue. We will gladly work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate. 

Gift Card Purchases

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) are not refundable.
