Before you play, pause. Ask yourself: What does this moment need? Grounding? Upliftment? Clarity? Heart-opening? Your intention becomes the compass for your composition.
2. Curate Your Chords.
Choose the bowls that align with your intention. Want to root and stabilize? Select the lower bowls (Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus) and strike them together—a deep, resonant major chord that anchors your energy. Need to lift and inspire? Pair the higher bowls (Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown) for a shimmering, airy harmony that elevates your spirit. Mix and match across the octaves to create infinite emotional textures.
3. Compose Your Soundscape.
