This grounding bowl is best tuned to the Earth Star Chakra on the 3rd octave (C#3) , producing an in-depth low bass tone that induces an intense grounding effect. Its deep vibration reminds us to stay strongly rooted to where the circle of life begins.
The Earth Star Chakra is located outside the seven core chakras you may be familiar with. It lies 10-15 inches below your feet, in a space considered spiritually connected to our physical realm. It goes deeper than the Root Chakra in that it connects us to all the richness of the fulfillments our ancestors have left with us. Because of this, it is also called the "super root."
